Because I have always wanted to eat a healthy diet, I followed the latest trends; low-fat, low-carb, vegetarian, and so on. But when my family and I were diagnosed with gluten-sensitivity, I embarked on a journey to discover the science behind nutrition in an effort to discover what really works.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping not just myself and my family, but anyone who struggles with their health and has a deep desire to live more vibrantly.
