Are you interested in doing the Ketogenic Diet but don’t where to start? Join us for a 6-week Keto Challenge!

 

Keto dates back to the 1920s as a treatment for childhood seizures. Today, Keto is used for weight loss, treatment for Type II Diabetes, dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, and other chronic diseases.

In this program you will:

  • Learn how to implement a Ketogenic diet.

  • Learn how to get in and stay in ketosis.​

  • How to avoid the keto flu.

  • Enjoy weekly check-ins and nutrition education.

  • Understand which foods to eat and which to avoid.​
